You are right. I cry every time ila gamiton si Kuya Ted as a panakip-butas. They are, as usual, trying to avoid the bigger picture. Just see this comment ni Sepulveda on Cebu Daily News:

“Maybe there is a problem in the dissemination of our policy, we do not know,” he added.

Wow I love that Rory Sepulveda. Somehow it's always someone else's fault, never Gwen Garcia's. I wonder if a nurse is going to lose their job over this, because that's exactly what I fear the wife of satan will do.
