I don't think vitamins cud rily help coz vitamins per se r jst food supplements. But wen i was young i was given an appetizer but i forgot the name.
If you're still in your teens, i think it's pretty normal to be thin since you have a fast metabolism and your body is using ol d resources to grow teh various parts of ur body.
But if you're way over your growing age and you're still thin as a kid, then start living a healthy lyfstyle. Try to check on your food intake, the amount of rest you get, the stress levels in your lyf etc etc :mrgreen:
