This is really a serious matter esp if naay gahombased na nag work or some appliances were being affected coz of recent black out.
Ka immature sad sa VECO na tungod lang sa up coming "eclection 2010".
As what Ive read, dili daw na naka ingon ana.. it is bcoz of cebu have a power shortage.
but as customers, we have the right to asked them.
