Both. It's very "unmanly" to post sentiments at FB. Both of you should sort things out privately.

You must understand that things do change when you are already committed to your partner. It's natural to distance yourself from your best friend of the opposite gender. If possible, cut all ties unless absolutely necessary. I'm sure you wouldn't want your hubby to stay tight with his girl best friend too (if he has one).
