ako barkada puros mi IT graduate, mga palahubog ug laagan... and then ang nindut kay wlay agent sa call center namo. there's still a future for IT grads other than being a call center agent. no need to be a geek or a genius. magtinarong lang jud nig abot na sa job hunting.

go into the field of web development. daghan companies hiring of developers kay booming nsd ni nga business.

IT professionals in general have brighter future ahead of them. Small-Medium-Large Scale Enterprises use Information Technology to empower their businesses.

Your future depends on the skill set you have... These skills can be earned through continuous learning and exposure.

In short, kon fresh grad ka, take jobs that would harness the skills you acquired when you were in your school laboratories. Don't take high pay grade jobs if you think it wouldn't make use of your initial skills.

My first job is a 100.00 a day job for 3 months way back in 2004. But it was the foundation of my career. We were all exposed to practical IT problems... Experience is your best teacher...

So good luck sa mga fresh grads... Ayaw kasilaw sa mga signing bonus ug uban pa nga mga insentives...
