@chip & slycry: wala nako ni daun ug 2.8 kay na discourage nako sa 3rd party. tested both lenses there (tamron & sigma) tinuod jud ang reviews, tamron has excellent IQ jud pero looy kaau ang AF, mu take jud ug time before maka AF ug moving subjects. ang sigma on the other hand has fast AF jud pero di ko satisfied sa quality sa picture, murag naa juy kuwang. ang 3rd party price sad nila didto kay rehas ra or mas mahal pa sa ato dri. wala na silay 70-200mm f2.8 VR1 which is mao unta akong 1st choice jud unta. ang 80-200mm f2.8 sad is fast and has good IQ pero saba and then problemado ka kung di ka firm when shooting at 200mm at slow shutter kay mu blur jud since it doesnt have the VR. it came to a point gani wherein naka decide nako nga mu drecho nlng unta ko ug palit sa 70-200mm VR2 Nano para wa nay blema kay barato rajud ilaha didto ilang NIKON/CANON products except sa mga 3rd party. pero sayangan kos 80k+ jud (100k+ ang 70-200mm f2.8 VR2 sa ato). murag dako rajud kaau 80k+ to spend for a PRO lens para sa usa ka newbie rehas nako. maybe in the near future nlng sgruo.. hehe.. instead, i deicded to get the 70-300mm VRII. longer reach and VR na, NIKON pa ang brand.
