Partially finished projects won't be paid per government rules, so, it's no loss to the city.
Hoops Dome - still a work in progress; again, it won't be paid fully unless finished, so no loss to the city if uncompleted.

Yes, the ordinary residents and small-time businessmen like me are paying diligently unlike rich entities like Efrain Pelaez, MEPZA and MCIAA who insist that they are exempted from paying taxes to the city. As to your allegations, the cases are still pending, so your conclusions are premature.
Segun sa akong tinubdan, ang paagi sa pag-implementar ni Radaza sa kadaghanan sa proyekto nga nahinganlan sa taas by phases. Pasabot niini unahon ang phase 1 dayon ang phase 2 hangtud mahuman ang tibouk proyekto. Kung nganong giingon ani, sila ra ang nakahibalo. Sama sa hoopsdome, ang phase 1 niini mao ang structure itself pero wala pa ang flooring, finishing, ug mga facilities sama sa aircon, sounds etc. Kay by phase man, nabayaran na ang kontraktor unya mo gahin na pud ug lain na kuarta para sa flooring, aricon, sounds, etc. Pareha usab kini sa deped bldg, PUJ terminnal, public plaza - puro na nabayaran kay nahuman na ang phase 1, mogahin na pud ug kuarta para sa sunod na phase. Ang katong loan na 500 milyones mao kato ang gigamit sa phase 1 sa hoopsdome, fire station , puj terminal. Ug segun sa balita, ni loan na pud ug 90 milyones para paghuman sa mga proyekto nga nahisgotan sa taas.
Ug kabahin pud sa nag-ung-ung nga kaso sa overpricing sa computer, klaro ug tataw na kaayo ang overpricing nga nahitabo, na dunay nakasapi, pero gi respeto nako ang imo opinyon na "the cases are still pending, so your conclusions are premature"
