    carlo fortuna is head of the IrO in the city council ... he takes and follows without question the instructions ... of IrO leaders MISREP and tedyboy ... aron mag sige'g babag sa mga maayong katuyuan ni mayor JONAS ... i don't think carlo knows how to think for all Mandauehanons ... mo patuo lang sa sugo sa iyang mga amo nga ... mga WAYAYO ... ... ergo ... carlo ... WAYAYO ...

    i'll go for Bercede. Carlo Fortuna only proved to be a disappointment during his past term.. cge harang sa projects ni Jonas. obviously, he is doing that not for the development of mandaue but for his own selfish political intentions. tsk tsk..
