    Unhappy Programmer? or Engineer?..

Im an electrical engineer. An Electrical engineer has low paid job compared to being a software engineer or any it job. An electrical engineer is a 5 year course and IT courses is only 4 years. Compared to IT course, after graduation you have to take the board exam to be a licensed engineer, you still have to spend many sleepless nights to study, burn your eyebrows. If you passed the board exam, then you will get a low paying job even if you will get a high average in board exam. Every 3 years you PRC license will expire but its difficult for you to renew because your salary is just enough. And then there's there a need for you to be a member of a organization because you cant renew your licensed, you have to pay again to be a member but you cant pay because your salary. Now, the PRC will require you to have at least 60 units of seminar, you have to pay again. One seminar is 20 units which cost 6000 pesos.
Tell me which is much better, being an engineer or a programmer?

LOL. :P If you really want to be an electrical engineer then go for it. Kung IT ka inclined kay start learning and go for it. Sometimes, it's not all about the money man sad. It's all about what you want to do. hehe

    ang sa programmer side noh...
naa man sad mi certification exam such as PhilNITS og Phil-IT GCE murag ra pud siya og board exam..

pero, whether mag-engr ka or mag-programmer,

You still need to start sa Minimum or kung maka swerte mas maayo.

One thing for sure, Di ka bayran ang EXPERIENCE.
