hmmm... pila budget tanan sa isa ka room bai? diha nato tanawon ang imong ROI and imong possible rent per room..

if 6,500 murag dali raman guro ka kabawi ana bai per room...

6,500 x 12 = 78,000

so if your budget sa isa ka room kay mga 50k bawi nana less than 1 year...

if 100k ang budget, mga more than a year if fully occupied for that span of time...

we are renting a 1 bedroom apartment here in guadalupe for 8500/mo

semi furnished with sala set, dining set, ref, tv, 2 beds, dresser with mirror (aircon and stove lang ang amoa). it has 1 toilet and bath and a mini kitchen. its in a gated community and with a garage. i think estimated area is mga around 40sqm.

i think 6500 is fair if furnished/semi furnished ang imo rooms.

hehehehe, suwayi kuno tukod ug 70k na room with cement tiles and pintal with atop tan-awon nato d ba kaha ka ma short. Huna2x mag himo pa ka foundation. kabilya. etc...... nag himo man gane ko akong dirty kitchen 18sqm 180k naman gane akong gasto. kana pa kay mag tukod sya studio type apartment with lots of room.
