both ways lagi,pero dli na dapat sa employees i storya,sa company unta.kay ang workers willing man to reconsider,pero ang gibuhat sa company kay puro ra man sad ilaha,wala man dyud gi consider ang sa workers.like her,naa man dud mag sige comment diri nga high position,ngano dli man i consider ang mga reklamo diri,mangbadlong man nuon nga dli na moreklamo kay mo resign na lang.
as what i always say to my gf at Qualfon... employers might not give you the best... but then it helped a lot of persons in need of a job. as long as Qualfon will stay to give more jobs.. there's no doubt they have done a great job.
whatever issues needs to be addressed... there's always an employee relations staff @ HR who would listen to your plea...
