Well, its very obvious Villar has that' as if scenario as opposition but he is ADMINISTRATION. A fake endorsing as opposition.

Its a pity because i like this guy at first but now he is faking eveything, blaming as if his being poor has done nothing on his brother's death. If you wanna research about the real death of his brother and Villar's real status in TONDO before, well, dont be surprise...
