Hilig man gud ta ug shortcut. unya gawas pa "grounded" is an english word nga murag gi integrate sa atong pinulungang binisaya. In this situation, when we say grounded, your electrical appliance is now connected to the ground with you as the medium or the conductor for the electric current to flow to the ground or to the other line.

If safety was in place, say the points of your electrical appliance that should be connected to ground were in place, hagbay ra nga ni trip ang fuse/circuit breaker sa imong appliance, kay ni trip man...dili na ka makuryentehan, kay na disconnect na ang appliance sa power source.

Epekto ni sa atong culture of corruption.
To maximize profit, we do away with safety at the same cost.
Say, if safety is considered your electrical system project will cost 20thousand pesos. Then without safety considerations your electrical system project will cost only 5thousand pesos.
    This is where corruption breeds...
From the contractors point of view and maybe without you knowing it...
your contractor will still charge you 20thousand pesos but without the safety parameters. So ginansya siya ug limpyo 15thousand pesos...hehehe Now, what if this a multi-million peso project?

Ayaw kumpyansa if inductive load or naay coil ang imo electrical appliance.
A short in the coils will create an "auto-transfomer" that will step up voltages in the circuit. So possible nga voltages of more than 220Volts nag hulat nimo. Mas taas nga voltage the higher risk of one time electrical shock nga dedbol dayun ka. If gahi-gahi ka, comatose lang hinuon or deformed body parts.

Wala mana gi promote ang two wire system naa rman na sa tagiya sa balai kung magbutang ba ug ground or dili. Pero ang problema gud ang baligya sa market sa philipinas nga mga outlet labi na sa U**TOP wala man ground port, unya kung ipaslak nimo ang standard nga plug kai dili man ma sulod kai wala man bangag. The answer ibton nalang ang tunga sa plug...

hehehe...safety is not top priority in our country.

but if you really want safety in your electrical system...naa daghan baligya components at reliable hardware stores or distributors/dealers, mahal-mahal lang.

If maka afford na ka bro magpa himo ug imong kaugalingon nga building o house, please consider or instruct your electrical engineer nga dapat safety is of top priority....

try to secure all appliances to have a line intended for proper grounding. mao jud na ako gibuhat sa balay.
bisan sa mga outlets, kanang naay 3 ka bangag jud ako i-install, para naay ground. para safety jud.
