i strongly agree to this. dili na mupaghot ang iro basta pakan-on na, di bah.. it's so unfortunate that ila ra gihapon. tan-awa lang gud na ilang mga campaign materials o, ang tibuok lapu-lapu napuno jud sa ilang mga nawong. bisag ang lampposts gibutangan, bisag ang mga kakahuyan namunga jud ug mga nawong nila, bisan ang mga multicabs ilaha jung mga jingle gipangtukar, and the sad reality is that, a portion of our taxes pays for their campaign materials.. Efrain Pelaez is a man with a vision, unya i believe that with his 10-year plan, makaya kaayo ni niya. but kutob rajud tas damgo ani. maayo pang mandaue, naka amgo pa. karon lipay kaayo sila ni jonas cortez although he has his own flaws and issues to begin with, but naa juy kausaban ug kaayohan na nabuhat si cortez na layo ra kaayo sa mga ouanos before..
As much as it breaks our heart to see people suffer when fooled by these politicians, it all boils down to the simple fact that people only get the government that they deserve. So their suffering and the broken future of their children is their own fault, and they brought it on themselves for being shallow and superficial. It's such a pity that innocent kids are squandered away by parents who are so irresponsible and almost as immature as their own children. I blame our broken culture, that values the superficial over the substantial, the emotional over the logical and today over the vast potential of the future. These people trade away their future well-being to enjoy one night of gimmick. We shouldn't be surprised if Radaza wins. It's too bad, because I personally know that his wife is a godawful troll, the worst kind of woman there is. Worse than an evil bitch. I pity Lapu-Lapu but I think the people there deserve her.
just last night, there was supposed to be a debate among mayoralty candidates in Lapu-Lapu sa bombo radyo, ug sa dihang walay debate nga nahitabo kay si Pelaez rajud tawn ang ningtunga.sus nagpaila lang jud ..
Really which rule?
A big insult huh? Have you been to Singapore? I have. And I've been to Lapu-Lapu too. That is why I can say for a fact that this it is impossible for Lapu-Lapu to become a Singapore, because you would need the work ethic and mindset of a Singaporean to create another Singapore. You cannot have a Singapore with people who vote for the likes of Radaza. You can forget about dreaming of unattainable things, try to be more realistic. For example, how can we turn Lapu-Lapu into a Singapore when a lot of its residents are squatters and unemployed. You know what I'm talking about if you even drive around Lapu-Lapu, you will see so many people during working hours just sitting around doing nothing, or getting drunk or playing basketball instead of working. How anyone thinks you can make a Singapore out of that is beyond me.
In any case the first step, even if its possible for Lapu-Lapu to be a Singapore, is for Radazas not to win in an election. But that's not going to happen is it? Because face reality, Oponganons value superficiality and cheap tactics, and that is exactly what the Radazas are good at. I would be surprised if Efrain or anyone of real substance gains even 10% of the vote there.
Prove me wrong, but you cannot.
@raski: "Oponganons are not smart enough and don't understand "masterplan" and stuff" Kani nga statement bro. dili ang posibilidad nga ang Lapu-lapu to become like Singapore.
