for one, im a girl. i think ive been around long enough to know if the girl is interested in somebody or not. based on what he said, its quite obvious na d interested ang girl niya. 3 weeks is a veeeerrrryyyyyy long time for a girl to reply back if nahan sya sa lalaki. in fact, if a girl likes a guy and mutxt ang laki niya, chances are she will reply in the next 24 hours.
