Well, sorry for the triple post. Weird but tried Option 1 and Option 2 again and they both worked. Try again TS

1. Go to Profile
2. Under Settings & Options click Edit Avatar
3. Under Custom Avatar, check Use Custom Avatar
4. In Option 2, click Browse. Then select any pic in your PC.
5. Click Save Changes.
6. Observe.

Observation:
Noticed that you can view now you PIC same as mine... HEHEHE..
