Kai selfish man kaayo ning mga "poor".. they want all the attention on themselves and like Crab Mentality they want to bring the rich down to their level aron mas aligre. Sus, kanang mga pobre ba, don't feel bad for them. Most of them brought it on themselves. I am not talking about those who are poor but work hard, but those who are poor and who keep complaining even though they are unemployed because they don't want to work!

imo, i think one of the biggest cause of poverty is the drugs. it cripples the individual and society losing the ability to function. I noticed drugs are very accessible around slum areas of the city - exponential damage to individual, family, livelihood and can easily be corrupted/manipulated. There is a very small ratio of ppl being successful growing up in a very bad neighborhood.
