naa to once, i think 4 years ago, i went to chowking in centro mandaue then i ordered halo2x for take out. ako ra jud to ang customer nga nag-order ug halo2x at that time kay it was past 8pm. dugaaaaay jud kaayo. nagbarog ko right in front of them waiting for my order then sila nag sige ra ug tabi. so i asked them if madugay pa ba sila kay kung dugay pa, cancel nalang nako akong order. mura pa sila nasuko na i interrupted their conversation na obvious kaayo not related sa work. worst part was kauban nila ug tabi ang manager. haven't been there since that incident.

sa kainit sa panahon ni decide mi sa akong bf mo kaon sa ice castle sa parkmall...
wen we were inside init kaau sa sulod... den dghn tao mga 5 tables naa nag8 ika 5 mi... usa ra ka aircon ang g.on we understand nga nagtipid.. kaso init jud ko mi likramo mi... but then ang gbuhat g. off noon ang aircon so mao ning order nlng mi og chocolate parfait den decided nga sa gawas nlng mo eat para hangin.. while nag order naa pami sa sulod ha? gtudlo sa ako bf chocolate parfait sa menu ... den twice nyah gblik na chocolate parfait ... den sa akong side naghilom lng ko kay wa ko sa mood mo order kay gspot ko sa ka init sa place den g.off ang aircon.. so ni gawas nami kay para mo wait sa order... mga 10mins naa na ang order.. pas pas ang service.. pero ang g serve strawbery parfait ... wa nlng mi mo likramo .. pero gpa twg lng namo ang waiteress kay gusto namo cxa storyahon ni insist mn noon cxa nag ni tudlo daw ko sa menu! lagota jud nako uie... wa rb jud ko magtudlo kay gsapot ko nalagot na jud noon ko og maau ang waitress maldita kaau gtudlo2x pako and tag-iya wa rasad paki.. wa gani mo setle sa na happen! hai naa pako frnd naa sad sila bad experience sa ice castle parkmall i hope ang owners or frnd sa owner na mka sulti ani para ma aware sila nga naa bad side sa ilang service ... !!!!!!!!! i off ang aircon , wa g mind ang likaramo sa customer!

March 27, 2010 sa port seafood restaurant sa waterfront, graduation sa ako daughter, ang ads kay naa lechon, naa btaw pero pwerting gamaya, kulang ra sa mga customer, you have to request several times para ma refill, mga 20 minuters waiting time, one plate per refill, kay according to the waiter one whole lechon ra per night. Ang baked oyster no refill na so ang late ma abot dili na ka eat, i have to ask 4 waiters for a few pieces of calamansi, ang fourth one pa ang naka hatag after 10 minutes.

wow, i read this thread from the 1st page to the last and it seems that 99% of the resto's here in cebu are doing a shity job.

that is because most of the people posting their experiences here are cebuanos so gotta expect that.

on topic: dimsum break in e-mall... me and my girlfriend decided to eat there after my basketball game held at a coliseum nearby. the line was a bit long and i noticed once customer trying to cancel his order because he waited too long for the order to be serve and they have to go. then we ordered a value meal na sulit kay daghan na siya dala sa usa ka serving and then medyo hinay ang ilang service kay inday inday man ang naa sa counter. we got the food bring it to our table and then naay nagsunod namo na crew and he was holding the tray mura bha ug nagdali na ipakuha amo food sa tray kay iya nang trapuhan so sa pagdali2 na hinuon nayabo ang softdrinks sa amo food and sa akoa.. my shorts was drippin wet may gani kay dark colored jersey amo uniform. then the crew didnt even said sorry he just said na ako lang ilisan imo drinks sir.. then i told him how about my food nga nilangoy na sa softdrinks then he got the whole tray and replaced the order. he got me a tissue a lot of tissue just so i can wipe my shorts dry?? so sa ka gutom and kakapoy gikan sa game we continued eating and left like nothing happened.

Yeah, roma mia sucks big time especially in ayala branch! Bisan gamay ra ang tawo ma-udto, dugay kaayo maka-serve, murag gidakop pa ang manok ug ang baboy sa tangkal.
