Let me take a wild guess and tell you what I think:

Between a partner who can provide me with security and a partner who can provide me with happiness, I will choose the latter. Financial security is something that can be worked out together. Real happiness is elusive, so once it passes you by, grab it.

Between a job that can secure my wealth and another job that can make me happy, I will choose the former when I'm still in my productive years. However, I will switch to the latter when I'm nearing retirement. There's no use holding on to material things when you're about to end your temporary stay on earth.
