For now maliit lang increase nyan sa tuition fee..pero for sure magkakaron ule ng increase yan and someday, I will not be surprise if privatize na ang mga schools and state universities tulad ng PUP. Education should be a right and not a privilege for those people who can afford it. Before you guys react think first.

so pare what you think these students did was justifiable? i thought this school is for the poor bright students? i didnt see any intellectual process there. i only saw actions done by GANGS and THUGS. bro before you tell us to think first before we react, you are trying to convince us that what they did was the ONLY way!!! maybe you are trying to justify but that is not how it should be. and besides, why are the students of UP rallying against the TFI of PUP? why the heck is partylist MIGRANTE there? are they already planning to enroll their children there? if you actually look at the number of PUP protesters, di siguro aabot sa 10% ng buong student population ng PUP. do you know the actual student population of PUP? ill give you hint, more than 30,000 students. now do you think those who protested that are from PUP reached 3,000 students? the TFI is for the incoming freshmen, no need to act like RASCALS. your thinking na "dika maririnig ng nasa taas unless you do something that will disturb and will get their attention..Pinoprotektahan lang ng mga students na nanunog ang mga libong libong poor students na soon to be papasok ng mga schools na yan" is a little off. i dont know how yoou can say that. just imagine, most of these reactions are based on the TFI of 1000% it might sound so high kasi 1000% but you see only illiterates would react first without thinking. 1000% would be high if the base is high, but if the base is P12, that is relatively low. These students who enjoy the government's cheap tertiary educatioN are all UNGRATEFUL citizens. di na nila inisip na meron pa sigurong mas poor and mas bright na di lang nakapasok sa PUP dahil sila ang nauna. Nakatanggap ng murang edukasyon mula sa gobyerno, yan ang tanging paraan para ipakita ang pasasalamat, sunugin ang mga kagamitan na di naman kanila.
tapos ngayon sasabihin mong di comparable ang amount na sinunog ng mga students...i dont think it is not the amount it is the behavior...if you are from cebu, these are the types of behavior na ipinapakita ng mga GANG dito...dahil sa hindi sila marinig ng nasa taas eh namamaril na lang sila kung sino sino para makuha ang attention ng gobyerno. tsk! tsk! tsk! very disturbing ang reasoning mo.

well, you have to understand that sooner or later their tuition would really increase. your concept of kawawa ang mga poor students are the same tag lines politicians are singing these days. the students protested against PUP, tiyak sinuportahan yan ng BAYAN, ANAKPAWIS and all other leftist groups...dapat nag protesta sa CONGRESS kasi ang congress ang nagdedecide how much budget will PUP get. dapat sa mga partylist representatives sila nag protesta para ibigay nila ang mga pork barrel nila sa PUP at maraming mga poor students ang maka benefit.

anyway, graduate ka na di ba...sa mga occasion na maka labas ka ng bansa, i check mo uli yung figures mo na makakakuha ka ng quality education sa halagang P12 per unit. pumunta ka sa mga state universities ng ibang bansa dito sa asia...alam mo ba kung bakit sila nag oofer ng mga scholarships through government agencies, kasi wala na silang students dahil sa mahal. at kahit na wala silang students, di pa rin nila ibinababa ang tuition nila, kasi meron yan tinatawag na "per student cost" na kailangan nilang i maintain to maintain also their educational standards...

nakakatakot lang isipin na ok lang sa iyo ang ginawa ng mga student protesters ng PUP. yung ginawa nila sa CHED office okay din yun? ewan, but i think still that the students barked at the wrong tree ika nga. sa congress sila dapat nag sunog kasi nga yung budget ng PUP kinaltasan pa lalo. ba't di nila gawin yan sa congress?

"Education should be a right and not a privilege for those people who can afford it. Before you guys react think first."

rights are not absolute, make a research on that before you tell us something. think first before you write and tell others to THINK
