they do berlitz exam after 2 weeks even if it can be done at the first stage of the interview. accenture even do that as the initial interview. their excuse is the number of applicants that are not qualified that will just waste the time of the american interviewers. lame reason. why not doing it right after the final exam rather than declaring the applicant as already hired. and its going to be much lamer if they will use profiling as an excuse for that. if they havent profiled applicants yet, then wtf, dont declare them as hired yet! simple. what really is going on is that they are just trying to keep as many applicants as possible in order for those who are already hired and highly qualified not to apply in much better call centers like convergys and jp morgan. they want to fill in waves to start trainings right away even if they are not yet done with profiling, berlitz, and all that bullshit. so people go to training for 2 weeks and what's worse is that they are assured that once you are hired, you will never be terminated, you will just be reprofiled. then when the berlitz results come, they will immediately take back what they said and will use the papers during contract signing which by the way was a very tricky one because you are forced to sign 200 papers within 10 minutes only. in the end, you will be told that you will not be getting any salary because theres a bond and it will just negate all those ****ed-up boring and wasted days spent inside etel. just think about it.
