Nerrisa has been in a position as Congresswoman for 18years. Let's all admit, she has done many things to her fellowmen. But the question is, why is it, that in her 18 years, she never made the Mandaue as a lone district? is 18 years not enough for her to make it? And why Opon mas nauna pa man nahimung lone district than Mandaue, wherein she had said that her heart belongs to Mandaue. If laking Mandaue siya and her heart belongs to it, then why iyang giuna ang Opon instead of Mandaue? Does she deserve to be elected this coming election as a Mayor?
enough ba iyang nabuhat sa iyang fellowmen within 18 years?
