E first boot ang imo HDD.

if your using IDE Cables, try checking it if your HD is on Masters...not on Slave

Maybe your computer is inflicted with virus, bro. What was the last thing you do with your computer?
If it's not a virus, try checking everything. Your IDE cable, is it properly connected? or maybe your RAM needs cleaning.

RAM is not the only basis to enter right away to WINDOWS...

no need to balance your Processor also.... + Video Card...

and whats the use of 4GB RAM if your using 32bit OS? your just wasting money buying 4GB on 32bit OS since 32bit OS recognize 3.25GB only. 2GB is enough for 32bit
