The permanent fix for that is unfortunately to replace your PS3 with a new one. Re-flowing (which what I did with my PS3 phat) is only a temporary fix and recurrence of YLOD is inevitable in a reflowed unit.
Buy nalang jud ka ug new unit which is what I did.
