so far sa akong nahibaloan..pwede ka makaligo after exercise or whatever bsta dapat warm water imo ikaligo..kay mkarelax sa body...mo dilate ang mga blood vessels then you feel good..
pwede man kno,.... pero manggawas na ang mga wirings(ugat) sa imong kamot.
no concrete evidence really of correlation with being blind for showering after a strenuous activity.
pero at some instances, other people attests to it. so just to be sure, take a 15-20 minutes time to relax and to be able for your body to cope up with the rapid acceleration of body temperature. then start your bathing not with faucet-cold water.
you can opt to add warm water just so your body wouldn't be "shocked" by the cold tempt being splashed/introduced
here's one:
From what I hear, it is best to take a warm shower after exercises to soothe the sore muscles, when you are done with the showering, just before you step out, change the temperature of the water to ice-cold, stand under it and count till 100 then step out, you will feel real good and your body will naturally work its way to stabilize your body temperature to the normal body temperature, and as this stabilization takes place you will burn calories as well. So not only will you soothe your sore muscles and feel good, but you will also burn calories.
btw:
this is an athlete's answer.
ok ra na, just take a hot bath. pero after bath kay ayaw pod pa aircon kay dili pod maau.
