The male version is called the "prostatic reflex", according sa aku professor sauna, wherein the prostate will revert back to its normal position as the bladder slowly deflates releasing urine. The nerves in the prostate will then send signals to the brain and thus the shivering effect... i don't know if this is really the scientific explanation for it though... so for the girls, unsa kaha ni na reflex noh, since they don't have prostates?
