labad sa ulo meaning daghan kaau ka hunahuna-on.

    1. pistons/rods - mas maau change ug aftermarket pistons/rods for turbo application
    2. turbo - gamay ba na turbo or dako. kung nahan ka autocross, small to mid size turbo. kung drag imo nahan....u need dako na TURBO (ex. t3/t4, td06, GT30 and above)
    3. mag internal or external wastegate ba ka?
    4. unsa na aftermarket ECU imo gamiton?
    5. u need a blow-off valve(BOV)
    6. new headers
    7. piping
    8. intercooler
    9. EBC or MBC? (boost controller)
    10. at iba pa.....

hmmmm.....labad na ako ulo.....he he he

i say do your research sah gyud.....and dili mag dali2x ug decide kai dili siya lalim

replace the pistons to high compression pistons? is a formula for disaster sir.... High compression pistons are for Naturally inspired engines which you mod....

Okay placing a turbo is kinda expensive... maintainance is also expensive...

What you may need... d15 is a single Over headcam engine which is 1499 displacement...

    You will need...

    1) a turbo charger which would fit your needs.. since you cannot just say I need a turbo.. since there are several t3 variants and onwards.. For your engine you may need a smaller one depending on how much Bhp you want..
    2) an intercooler and its pipings..
    3) you need to replace the exhaust manifold.. stock is i think 4:1 or somthing.. you need a new one or a moded one..
    4) You need a new set of forged pistons with low comp ratios.. around 8.0:1.... pref. a good forged piston.. if you dont want a blow engine...
    5) and the An ECU which allows costum setting.. The stock ECU can be flushed and use an Aftermarket Software.. but its better to have a stand alone ECU which you can customized with..
    6) BOV or blow off valves.. You need this to release the Pressure or Air for turbo charged engines..

Other stuff you want for higher boosts meaning higher PSI(s)
    - Sleeving the engine block.. High boosts will cause alot of tension and pressure on the engine block which might crack the block so sleeving is a good thing
    - Rings, Bolts and etc..
    - Bigger and badder Fuel injectors/pumps/ water pump..
-there are alot of stuff you might need for higher boosts..

    So this is my 2cents...

Turboed Gas engines are expensive and high maintainance..hence majority of racers here tend to go N/A getting High comp pistons and getting alot of air mods for it...

ow.. before i forget 1 other problem for havng a turboed engine as we all know gas prices are high now a days.. so you will spend alot little more.. and you need a higher octane rated fuel 95+ so... MAHAL!

hahah mao2 jud .. dako2 najud na ug kaon sa gas. den mahal na kaau gas karun. heheh.. den dli pajud mo dawat ug mga low octane ehehe.. so mga V-Power jud ang kina.on ana.. as of now V-power or mga 95octane kay mga 50+/liter na karun.. ehehe so pirte jud mahala.. dli jud n cya reliable kung daily use na car. eheheh. pag racing2 rajud n cya gamiton ehehe..

ok pa ba bya siya for daily driver.. This is what the boost controller is for you control the boost.. you can lower it you can pump it up.. for daily use you would want to set the turbo boost to a lower setting.. 95+ so you can go XCS, Blaze, Vpower hehehhe..

But if you really want to go turbo with your civic.. since its a d15... mas worth it if imo nlng ilisan og b16... hehehe.. but ive seen d15s being turboed and used for daily use.. wala man problem pud bai.. it only depends on how you meaintain the engine and the car..
