good question, but, I don't see them posting line by line item how they used their pork barrels, even the COA doesn't know where the money went..

Good question indeed. How can we make these people more accountable for how they spend their pork barrel? It seems to me that the limelight is always on the spending of the executive, but how about the billions that are placed in our lawmakers' discretion every year?
