People for full time/part time homebased transcriptioning!!

Hello mam. I have a question. Whats with the time? Why man needed ang time format? Is it para ma check pila na ka minutes ka ga work? Or is it based sa time mismo sa player? Wa ko ka G ..pls enlighten!

pake check ang mga sample files para kasabot ka unsay gamit sa time stamp! Basically dapat every 30 seconds of audio mag butang gyud ka ug time stamp like the ones in the sample files!! Dili na sya para ma check nga nag trabaho ka or anything but mao lang na ag ask sa client kay I think e himo ni nga subtitle sa VIDEOS ana nga mga audios!! Pake follow lang sa samples thanks!
