murag la mn guro....ive worked in a call center before....im a college grad and there are also undergrads.....well, there's no difference in terms of treatment, benefits and pay....you'd all be treated the same.......

and sakto si mhaw....it would depend on the person's capabilities and dedication sa job to be successful in that field....

sa agent level.. wala.. pero naa uban cc nga for ops or hr position kay mo require og grad... kana for internal hiring ba... but usually di na ma-follow labi na maayo kag performance as an agent... naa pud mga cc nga american ang tag-iya.. open door policy.. meaning walay paki nimo unsa na imo educational background as long as kaya nimo ang work...

no difference. it depends on the capability of a person and dedication to work of course. that's the nice thing about working for companies such as this, no discrimination. the only thing is, some people (who are narrow minded) will resent the fact that some undergrads are being promoted faster than them.

i think call centers don't have preferences if u have or dnt have any bachelor's degree. i once heard a college friend, who is now a trainor sa call center, and i quote "sus may pag wala nalng ko nag kapoy kapoy sa college ky pde ra diay ko ma ingon ani karon". pero its still good to be a college grad, its a confidence booster.

kung s call center lang imong target, wa ray difference if graduate ka or dili. pero kung panglahutay jud imong gusto nga trabaho, mas maayo jud naa kay gi graduatan... especially kung lisenced pa jud ka.. but if undergrad ka, then working s call center, mas maayo nga magsave jud ka kay kung wa nay modawat nimo, pwede naka mgstart ug imong own business..

    no difference.

it's only in your competencies ra man na gud.

wala ta kahibaw mas mu-excel pa tong undergrad kaysa katong naka-graduate.
