yeah...thats what ive learned. quick format will damage will disk since it will wipe quickly..causing the disk to rotate faster

@Ryuugan - di man cguro mo spin ug kusog ky di man nya e scan ang disk for bad sector, ang partition ra man iyang gi remove.

reformatting is not that bad, it depends on how you reformat your drives....
