Naa pa healthcenter (govt services) sa marigondon na naka schedule na intawn ang manga bata ug vaccine. manga mothers nag linya as early as 7am early today naka cue na tanan ang suddenly ni-abut ang representative just calling it off...whatta-@@#$! wala gani advice daan or any notice...thats they call Govt Service here in lapu2x.
Dont mind the drug problem and gangsters. I am originally from mambaling cebu city, I think we have the worst area in terms of drug abuse and gang related incidents but when I transfered here 2 years ago..I see my blessings...and the worst area is lapu2x. Completo gyud sa tanan...not to mention Govt Services.
This is not a poor city and size of IRA considering industries like Mepz1/2/light, 5-7 star hotels (Imperial/Plantation/Shangrila) never mind the small ones, MCIAA serving international routes and hub for visayas, number of Housing projects etc. This is a clear show of very poor performance of local officials.
