the first encounter i had with joanna legacy was that one of the clients ask for a rescission of the contract considering that they advertised that it will have a 6meters road but it turned out to be only 4 meters plus mo parking pa silingan, na wala nay maagian. The case is still with HLURB Manila.

secondly my wife got the consolacion project but 3 years had elapse wapa gihapon and only to find out na there was a problem with the land ownership. So i immediately made a demand letter and luckily my wife was reimbursed without deductions.
