CEBU'S candidates are taking their campaign online to reach out to a new generation of voters who hold accounts on social networking sites.

Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia’s Facebook account was initially maintained by her Capitol staff but she figured out how to update her account during a trip abroad.

Since then, she takes time to update her account using her cell phone. As of Feb. 5, she already had 546 friends.

How about Istorya.Net campaign?

Does Gwen personally read the Istorya.Net rants against Capitol? or it is still attorney-de-notario Rory Jon Sepulveda doing that dirty, pathetic job?
