I use that Neutrogena sesame seed oil sometimes. It's quick absorbing, light and leaves ur skin silky smooth. It's applied while ur skin is still moist. I have a bottle at my house and one at my parent's house for when i stay there.

I also like Nutrimetics Nutrich-oil. One of its key ingredients is apricot kernel oil. It's really concentrated so it's rich and keeps ur skin hydrated plus it also protects the skin.

As for my face I never use any toner or facial wash. I just use a facial cloth with warm water and gently scrub then follow with a moisturiser for sensitive skin. I also eat a lot of apples and berries. I never get pimples

Hi mga chikas, just wanna share my experience. I'm frequently surfing the net on how to make my dry skin (sa body ra) get allo soft and smooth ba, and i bumped into the home remedies section. Nya it said to take olive oil, extra virgin hah, nya take as in imnon jud. I know it's not tempting jud hehe but i tried anyway, i'll never know until i try and also organic manpud nya dili ko allergic so what the heck.

I'm taking a tablespoon every night after dinner. Most of the time i take it with honey or juice, just to subtle out the weird taste of olive oil, but i got the hang of it, actually, it tastes delicious na hehehe and for two weeks now, everytime i get out of the shower, pwede na wala'y lotion2x, goodbye vaseline, goodbye greasy lotions, hello healthy skin!! wala na gud ko nag take sa akong myra-e kai sa akong pag research, olive oil has vitamin e already. I've been taking myra e mga a year na nya wala jud ko kasuwai in-ani nga effect. Basin hiyang lang ko ani? lain2x man pud ta'g reaction gud.

Also, i dab a little oil on my skin, sa small dry areas nalang, like those KPs sa akong bukton, but sure jd ko nag anam jud cla ug ka hanap since nag take ko EVOO.

na addict na ko sa olive oil hehe
