the way I see it for this issue is not common, nagkataon lang gyod na naay Ok2x ang pagkaon and that could be avoided, ang best action lang unta sa caminade staff is to apologize and inform the management about the issue and replace the ITEM or refunded it. I guess we all learn a lesson here, and Caminade needs to take note of this, they have a name to protect.

I bought a lot of dog food from different petshop for my 15 rott. I always check the bag if there is a hole or tear. kung naa dili nako idawat.
As a consumer, it is also your responsible to check the packaging kung in good condition. We all know that the packaging has a double bag (Moisture barrier). I don't know if a ROACH can survive if the bag are well sealed.
Did you check any holes after opening? Is the bag well sealed? If yes, then imported ang imuha Roach. Galing USA.
in my opinion lisod na ang caminade i.bagsak coz most petshop in cebu 60-80% sa products came from caminade because they are the biggest here in cebu also distributor and wholesaler in various dog foods sa cebu.. in that case if you get your vitality product and etc from petshops in cebu maybe there's a its stil caminade's products ra gihapon patung nalng ang petshop emung gipalitan... hehehe..
