No Hydroxycut or Lipo6 of any kind nah similar to this pills for me just natural nga diet lang.. no rice for 6days, wheat bread with fish or chicken breast and veggies lang every week and one cheat day nah buffet sad pero pili.on lang ang sud.an na unsa ang kan.on ug daghan haha.. that's the time I eat a lot of rice.. lifting weights 4 times a week and 3 times a week nah cardio exercise that's it folks.
