amo sad bill sa pldt wa ju'd naabot bsan usa..mag usa nlng ni katuig karon april. and sakto jud ani, di nlng huwaton ang bill. we subscribed to their service so it's our responsibility to pay, bill or no bill. bsag unsaon pa nimo ug lalis, wa jud na'y padulngan kay they will always win. nag gamit man ka sa ilang service so in a way, they have the upper hand.

what you can do instead is view your bills online nlng (since it is always updated) and pay it online as well. banks like bdo offer online payments to merchants, 3-4 days ang clearing. im not sure about late fees kay wala man late fee ang pldt (dont know with smart), but if ever naa,as soon as nakabayad na ka online, you can call customer service and give them your reference number for the payment that you made.

seconded! delayed bills or no bills at all.... mao jud nah aqoeng mareklamo nila.. but, initiative tells me i have to pay every month with or without bill... uhm, anyway i think i'm switching over to another isp inig ka-abot ug one year sa aqoeng smart bro subscription...

I agree with you sis... bill or no bill kay dapat jud ta mobayad kay nag use man ta sa ila service... wala jud ta choice...

I guess you'll have to chalk it up to experience nalang, TS. I'm afraid I have to agree with the other Istoryans here. Bill or no bill, we should take the initiative to pay for the services that we're using. Total, di man sya pareho sa water or electric bill na naa jud readings. Flat rate man gud. Keep us posted how your situation with SMART Bro worked out.

On my part, I don't wait for the hard copy of the bill to arrive. I simply check the online statement, pay online, and get an acknowledgment text message from SMART. I haven't had any problems so far with this arrangement and have even qualified for rebates.

na experience pud na nako before... di man jud on time mohatod og bill ang smartbro.. ang explanation nila sa akoa at that time.. mao na dili sila moputol after not paying even after 2 months kay kibaw sila delayed ila tig hatod sa bill... wa nuon mi ma disco adto kay manawag man sila sa cellphone kay mangulit sila... pero indeed dako au ila charges nimo for the disco... timing lang kay nagpromo ang zeepeedee last year... since dugay nako skycable sub.. ila ko gi-pirate and offered a bundle price... ang 999 nako karon kay isp and cable na... hehehe..
