Hi sis!
I highly recommend
Seaview Apartelle.. mga around 50m away from the beach line ra. (or less)
Sorry medyo distorted ang first pic. The horizon that you see in the second photo is the beach.

Super clean and bag-o pa kaayu. Dili brackish ang water unlike other resorts nga
duol sa beachfront. Accomodating and honest staff. They could actually help you out
sa mga boating and transpo at no extra cost. The place is super safe. And most of all,
for their price is so reasonable. We stayed there pag Christmas 2009. Php 1,100 (AC small room)
nila w/ cable TV, balcon. Kung dako I think naa around sa P1,800 w/ AC, TV, ref, hot & cold shower.
Just try to ask. Kay I think mu-mahal ang mga resorts basta Holy week. Naa pud sila computers
sa ubos w/ internet. Paspas pud ila connection compared sa uban.
We never had problems there.
They could arrange the transpo from pier to the apartelle.
December 2009 prices, we stayed there for 4days.
Boating: around P1,500 sa Seaview. a whooping P3,000 sa Marlins!
Rooms: less than P1,200 sa Seaview, mga P2,500-3,000 @ Marlins.
I hope that helps.
Here's their number BTW,

PS
we got complimentary fruits from the management pag Christmas
