Yes they are reliable bro..Have a look at there shop near Emall (Sanciangko side). They're just new here in Cebu because they are expanding the business from Manila's pinoylaptops.com. You can inquire first if you want to know how much you will pay and don't worry they still have that quote that says " if we can't fix it you don't pay". I hope this helps bro...^_^...
