how is that related to Toyota having cheaper vehicles than Honda? In my book, kung mas nindot kog service, mas mahal akong charge.

Prices are mostly dictated by how efficient your production line is that you are able to manufacture cars at a lower cost with the same satisfactory quality. As graph shows, ang complaints per market share sa history sa toyota and honda, dili ingon ana kalayo.

And I think Honda is adapting or copying the famous TPS (Toyota Production System)
