Pop didn't use their centers (Nazr Mohammed/Rasho Nesterovic) for even a second the whole series because of mismatch issues in the defensive end. the same question lingers in every coaches' mind, "how to guard Dirk/who will guard him"? if the Mavs play small ball, Dirk as center, will Shaq be quick enough when Dirk brings him out to the perimeter and then drives to the hole? would Mourning be able to reach for the ball when Dirk goes for a fade-away jumper? 'coz if you foul him, he's more than 90% accurate on the free throw line. on the defensive end for the Mavs, they have Josh Powell to come in and play for fouls on Shaq aside from the three centers (Dampier, Diop & Mbenga). Shaq will get his 20-25 every night like what Tim Duncan did in their series and Wade can get his 25-30 but who'll be the next guy on that list? Jason Williams? Posey? Payton is a step slower compared to either JET or Harris. Haslem and Walker are both inconsistent. Dallas is deeper between the two teams (here's the names I haven't mentioned: Howard, Armstrong, Griffin, Daniels, Stackhouse, Van Horn). I'll discuss the Pistons if ever they win game 6 tonight.
