Ok jud culture diri etel. U cn wear ur x-cc's jacket and shirt wd no prob. Attendance sila strict, most ccs' are.

every other week and salary, like your paid for 10 days of work in a per daily rate. same sa allowance, pro-rated, you dont have work, you dont get allowance.

to compute lang, basic x 12 / 260 = daily rate, same sa allowance computation.

@RheaAbz: yup...1 thing that made me not leave the company is the environment...it's unlike any other call centers...people that came from other CCs might like it here...it's good but far from perfect...would've transfered but work is more than the pay you get LOL
