    Try pressing the shutter button half-way to focus in on the subject that you'd like to freeze. Like in DSLR units. It will aid you to capture not-so-blurry images. I think your camera comes with that feature. Fingers crossed.

    voila!!! tried it and gone are the blurry images.. there are times i pressed it too hard or loosely... hehehe.. thanx so much Rob... i'm studying Adobe Lightroom now.. but i don't see anything where u can personalize ur photo wid ur name on it...

    Fantastic! I'm glad you're getting the hang of it. Your most welcome!

    Adobe lightroom is an image enhancing platform only, it does come with text feature, so, you can't add your name on your images, unfortunately. But, you can do that on photoshop. Try Picasa. It's much easier to add text in that platform.

    I've heard about Picasa, hmm if all fails, il try dat. I'm starting to like LR now unlike in PS.. well i guess, different strokes for different folks hehehe...

    LR is the easy version of Photoshop, for me. Hahahahaha. In photoshop, the functions are difficult to locate and navigate.

    There is a preset image features in LR that you can apply to your photo to give a different aura but you can achieve those effects through photoshop, but not before pressing and sliding this and that..blah...blah...blah..blah...blah...blah. Well, photoshop is just a pain in the a** for starters, I guess.

    i feel you Rob hehehehe.. dats why when I checked out LR, twas like a breeze for me.. Thnx to joe who mentioned about the LR

    as of writing, I'm trying Picasa now... thnx Rob for pimping me a new trick... this is helpful for my next project
