What difference this would be in respect of GAMI COCKS and HORSE RACING that we all kow are LEGAL and is accepted as a form of GAMBLING also ? BIG TIME GAMBLING that is ? Not that I support or condemns it but but I see this thread as a BLACK PROPAGANDA towards LUIGI QUISUMBING and no , I dont even know him personally nor supports his bid .
