as one of the moderators in Commerce all i can say is that business opportunities can be posted under the different categories under B/S/T/C wherever they fit best.
For example, a business opportunity related to janitorial services can be posted under Jobs.
A business opportunity related to franchising of tempura carts can be posted under Food & Beverages.
A business opportunity related to dealership of beauty products can be posted under Health & Beauty.
As for the other business opportunities that doesn't have to involve selling or buying (for example a seminar in Hog Raising) these topics can be posted under Business & Economics.
Just remember that no selling or advertising is allowed in the Business & Economics section.
It is solely for discussions related to business strategies, economic updates and other matters which do not directly advertise a certain product or services.
If ever your product, service or business opportunity does not belong to any other category in B&S, post them under Everything Else...

Istorya.net already provided sellers/traders a venue for business opportunites that is fair to everyone (as stated by YJOB). But it will take time to get customers. Simply, no pain no gain. Just be minded that this is not merely a Buy and Sell forum that is why members are ONLY allowed to advertise to specific boards.
