aku: ang resibo bai, proof of purchase na, dili na para mauli nimu ang butang na ikaw ang nasayop... Change of mind man na imu, so dili na gyud na mauli... Ilisdi lang ug item with the same value, mau ra na aku mabuhat para nimu..
With regards to receipts, i think people are not aware what the receipts are really for. Yes, with receipt, you can ask for a refund when the purchased item has a factory defect but if you change your mind, that will not be grounds for refund. Some establishments don't allow refunds, like SM, AYALA, GAISANO, etc... they will just change the defective item within 7 days from the date of purchase... Hahay, usually mga ignorante ang mag isug2x pero walay kabuga kung maglalis na...
