Share your worst experience sa inyong customer. Sales rep from non-callcenter jobs are welcome to share. I'll start first....

Naay usa ka customer nga ne reklamo siya nako kay bati kuno og kuha iyang 12mp camera kaysa iyang mga friends nga 5 mp ra. Ang iyang gusto ilisan niya ug lain napud nga camera(w/ same mp) after a month niya gamit. WTH! wala siya nayabag? hambugera raba kaayo. Gi tawag pakog manong... HELLOOOOOO! I'll be the one who can call you manang cuz I'm younger than you...

My co-employee told me nga grabe kaayo to siya ka ing2x og hambug. She purchased acamera last month and halos tanan camera naa sa stock room gi pang sulayan.

I'm not attacking your persona lady, but I wanna tell you that we sales rep deserve some respect cuz we aint cheap! and we aint dumb! Some of us are even more educated than you are.

kana man tingali nang center nga way ayu/non sense nga products ang gibalgya bai, ug mamugos bisan wala kasabot ang cliente hala yawit gahpon specialy the LB clients

being a telemarketer for years, bottom line sa trabaho is to know product specifications
mura kag buang namalgya wala ka kibaw unsay gamit sa imong producto.
