    @dwardwarbinx,
    you should buy a case with a good cooling air flow. and if its not enough buy a cpu cooler..

    your temp rises since your using stock HSF + no other fan on your case. 70%+ is hot...

    my stressed temp is only greater than 50 and less than 60.
    Ah, will inquire about cpu coolers niya. Pero possible jud ni maka-cause ug sudden high CPU usage ang heat? =/

    dust... and also no exhaust for the hot air to pass

    Okay. Might be dust though. Any software-related ideas? Pero clean man sad akong PC from viruses, malware, etc...I think. hehe

    uhmmm...software related, yeah there is....if your running a heavy software...

    you can notice that one when your pc process the software slowly...

    this must be balanced though, CPU = RAM = VCARD

    software could be one of the cause, but i doubt this is the real culprit, especially if your system hangs when it reaches 70% from idle. I'd say, try adding an intake fan and and exhaust fan to ur casing to improve air flow, don't immediately jump to buying after market coolers since i believe your only going to be using your system on stock settings. If after adding an intake and an exhaust fan the problem still persist, then i suggest you try going for after market coolers. But i doubt you will have to go this far, since my idle temp is also in the 35C range w/o a/c turned on.

    At the moment, try to open the side panel of your case in order for the warm air to dissipate faster from your system, this will be untill you can buy an intake and exhaust fan. ^_^

    this one is a nice advice...

    open side panel....use electric fan facing your opened side panel

    I don't think it's software-related too since ang open ato nga time na naghang kay MS Word raman and Chrome. Thanks.

    I'll work on the dusting, cleaning, etc etc tomorrow. Tulog sa ko and I'll try to switch from desktop to laptop from time to time para di kaayo muinit ang CPU sa desktop.

    Thanks a lot guys.
