What time do you usually go to bed and how many hours of sleep do you spend?

I usually sleep at around 2am. I normally spend 8-10 hours of sleep, lower than that mura na ko'g mag-luya the whole day. Hehe

same here bro... if less than 8 hours akong tulog mag luya ko bisan 7hours and 30mins pa na....

Dili gyud na madala sa akong lawas kung dili ko makatulog ug 8 hours! With my schedule right now, mura kug patay nga molakaw padulong sa work! Saon nangita man ta ug kwarta, kung magpuyo sad ta unya cge lng ug tulog. Wla man sad tay paabuton.
